At HARLOWE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
